Confed Cup 2009 Opening Ceremony
What a huge shame Jo’burg and Safa!
Today’s Confederation Cup ceremony started in a half empty stadium.
The opening ceremony was enthusiastic and simplistic – a nice change from the usual over the top stuff.
The visual aspect was unfortunately marred by empty seats all around Ellis Park.
Could SAFA or the City of Johannesburg not have done more to fill seats?
Was that awful sight broadcast around the world?
Lets hope the stadium fills up for Bafana against Iraq!
