Sunday’s Cricket SA vs England
Wow, what an exciting, disappointing end to the cricket test match between SA and England at Centurion.
I could barely stand to watch the last hour of play and had to walk away from the tv screen a few times.
That is the reason I love and prefer test match cricket above any other form of the game.
Anyway…I was disappointed at the result, but what can you do.
SA had the whole day to take 9 wickets, but they could only take 2 in the morning, until the second new ball arrived very late in the day.
So that was the first test match in the series. Drawn.
Next one is the Boxing Day match starting 26 December.
Of course I’m waiting for the New Year’s test at Newlands. I will attend at least one day, the first one.
Can’t wait!
